摘　　要：目的:初步分析瑶药裙头裆所含化学成分的类别。方法:通过化学显色反应、沉淀反应及滤纸片反应等方法对裙头裆水提取液、95%乙醇提取液及乙瞇提取液进行化学成分预实验,初步分析裙头裆中含有的化学成分。结果:瑶药裙头裆中含有糖类、多糖或昔类、有机酸、酚类化合物、笛体及三菇类化合物、油脂类物质、强心昔类、内脂、香豆素及其昔类等成分。结论:为裙头裆的化学成分研究及其进一步开发利用奠定初步的基础。Objective: To analyze the chemical constituents in Yao medicine Cynanchum corymbosum Wight. Methods: The chemical components of water extract, 95% ethanol extract and ether extract were pre tested by chemical color reaction, precipitation reaction and filter paper reaction, and the chemical components contained in Cynanchum corymbosum Wight were preliminarily analyzed. Results:Yao medicine Cynanchum corymbosum Wight contained sugars, polysaccharides or glycosides, organic acids, phenols, steroids and triterpenoids, oils, cardiac glycosides, internal lipids, coumarins and their glycosides. Conclusion: It lays a preliminary foundation for the study of chemical components of Cynanchum corymbosum Wight and its further development and utilization.
