摘  要:为了探索恒流激励下异形电桥火工品发火单元的温升特性,利用ANSYS对发火单元的温度分布进行了模拟,通过红外热波分析实验验证了仿真结果,并分析了电桥结构和散热片材料对发火单元温度分布的影响规律。结果表明:异形电桥能够兼顾集热和散热的设计需求,并且药剂表面与电桥集热区接触处温度最高;电桥结构对其安全性和发火可靠性都有显著影响;散热片材料只对其安全性有显著影响。In order to explore the temperature rise characteristics of the initiating explosive device with special shaped electric bridge under constant current incentive,the temperature distribution of the firing unit was simulated by ANSYS,and the result was verified by infrared thermal wave experiment.Meanwhile,the influences of the electric bridge structure and the heat sink materials on temperature distribution of firing unit were analyzed.The results show that the special shaped electric bridge can meet the heating collection-dissipation design requirements,the explosive temperature at the heating collection area is the highest.Moreover,the electric bridge structure has significant impact on its safety and firing reliability,and the heat sink materials only has significant impact on its safety.
