摘  要:为了探究起爆环半径大小对三层串联药型罩成型特征参数的影响规律,通过在同一圆周上设置多个起爆点的方式近似代替环形起爆,借助AUTODYN软件进行数值模拟,对比不同起爆环半径下侵彻体的动能和长径比。数值仿真结果表明:与单点起爆相比,环形起爆可以增加侵彻体的总动能和长径比,且起爆环半径的改变仅对外罩动能的影响较大;当起爆环相对半径值处于0.50~0.67时,可实现3个随进串联EFP侵彻体转换为1个细长的聚能杆式侵彻体;当起爆环相对半径值超过0.81时,侵彻体出现断裂趋势且总动能逐渐下降。In order to explore the influence of the radius of initiation ring on the forming characteristic parameters of three-layer liner in series,the annular initiation was approximately replaced by setting multiple initiation points on the same circumference,and the kinetic energy and aspect ratio of penetrators under different initiation ring radius were compared by numerical simulation with AUTODYN software.Numerical simulation results show that,compared with single point initiation,ring initiation can increase the total kinetic energy and aspect ratio of penetrator,and the change of initiation ring radius only has a great influence on the kinetic energy of outer cover.When the relative radiusλof the initiation ring is in the range of 0.50~0.67,three EFP penetrators in series can be transformed into a slender shaped rod penetrator.When the relative radiusλof the initiation ring exceeds 0.81,the penetrators will break and the total kinetic energy will begin to decrease.
