摘 要:为了探究静电纺丝工艺中不同因素对NC/GAPE/CL-20含能复合材料制备的影响,对不同溶液质量浓度、静电纺丝电压、注射速率、针头内径下制备的样品进行形貌分析,找到最佳工艺条件并对原料和最佳工艺制备的产物进行IR、XRD、DSC和机械性能测试。研究表明,最佳工艺条件为溶液质量浓度30%、静电纺丝电压14kV、注射速率5mL/h、针头内径0.51mm,在该条件下可得到形貌连续均匀的纤维;复合纤维中的CL-20晶型从原料ε-CL-20转变为β-CL-20,其放热峰提前,活性增强,安全性得到提高。To explore the influence of different factors of the electrostatic spinning technology on the preparation of NC/GAPE/CL-20 energetic composite fibers,morphology of samples prepared under different solution concentration,spinning voltage,injection rate,the needle diameter was analyzed,and the best process conditions were selected.Then IR,XRD,DSC and mechanical properties of raw materials and products prepared by the best process were tested.The results show that the best preparation conditions are 30%solution concentration,spinning voltage of 14kV,injection rate of 5mL/h,the needle diameter of 0.51mm,under the best conditions,the morphology of electrostatic spinning fiber is continuous uniform,the crystal form of CL-20 in the composite fiber changes fromε-CL-20 toβ-CL-20,and the exothermic peak of NC/GAPE/CL-20 composite fiber is advanced,its activity is enhanced,as well as its safety is improved.
