摘　　要：为了在高质量发展背景下为准确测度我国体育标准实施现状提供依据,解决当下我国体育标准发展过程中存在的突出问题,将体育场地设施领域具有代表性的体育场地使用要求及检验方法标准作为研究对象,结合标准化系统工程理论的有关原理和已有标准文件,通过德尔菲法和层次分析法对我国体育标准的实施评价体系展开系统研究。研究以标准实施全周期各个阶段的理论关联为基础,从标准科学性、标准实施情况和标准实施效果3个维度为我国体育标准实施评价体系建立了更为系统的评价思路框架,并在此基础上发展构建了符合体育场地高质量发展要求的体育标准实施三级评价量化体系,从而为促进体育标准的制修订与实施,进一步推动体育场地标准化建设提供理论支撑与策略指导。In order to provide a basis for accurately measuring the current status of China's sports standard implementation under the background of the high-quality development of sports venues,and solve the outstanding problems in the current development of my country's sports standards,this study uses representative sports venues in the field of sports venues and facilities.The method standard is taken as the research object,combined with the relevant principles of the standardization system engineering theory and the existing standard documents,the Delphi method and the analytic hierarchy process are used to carry out a systematic study on the evaluation system of the implementation of China's sports standards.Through analysis,the research is based on the theoretical relevance of the various stages of the standard implementation cycle,and establishes a more systematic evaluation framework for China's sports standard implementation evaluation system from the three dimensions of standard scientificity,standard implementation status and effect.On this basis,a three-level evaluation and quantification system for the implementation of sports standards that meets the requirements for the high-quality development of sports venues has been developed and constructed to provide theoretical support and strategic guidance for promoting the formulation and revision and implementation of sports standards.Thus,further promoting the standardization of sports venues.
