摘　　要：目的评价中药复方治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床随机对照试验文献的方法学质量和报告质量。方法系统检索各大数据库近5年收录的中药复方治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征临床随机对照试验,并对纳入的文献进行方法学质量与报告质量评价。结果共纳入103篇文献,大部分存在方法学条目报告欠缺、中医药情况说明不充分、研究结果报告不规范等问题。结论纳入的文献质量不尽人意,因此有必要强调随机等原则的正确运用,参考国际规范标准进行报告,同时体现中医药辨证论治的特色。Objective To evaluate the methodological quality and reporting quality of the literatures on clinical randomized controlled trials of Chinese herbal compound for diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome.Methods The clinical randomized controlled trials of Chinese herbal compound for diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome included in major databases in the past 5 years were systematically searched,and the methodological quality and reporting quality of the included literatures were evaluated.Results A total of 103 literatures were included,and most of them exposed such problems as lack of methodological reports,inadequate descriptions of traditional Chinese medicine,and unstandardized reports on study results.Conclusion The quality of the included literatures is not satisfactory,therefore it is necessary to emphasize the correct application of randomization and other principles.It is also necessary to reporting with reference to international norms,while reflecting the characteristics of syndrome differentiation and treatment with traditional Chinese medicine.
