摘　　要：颈肩综合征主要是指患者颈胸椎关节骨质增生或颈椎生理曲度变直等多种因素所致的颈椎急慢性损伤与颈椎周围肌肉韧带劳损,继而造成的颈肩部不适,是临床较常见的一种疾病。而该疾病以老年人群为主要病发人群,近年来随着人们生活方式的改变,且多媒体、电脑与手机等设备越来越普及,临床颈肩综合征的发病人群越来越低龄化,因此针对该疾病的预防与治疗是目前关注的重点。本文针对颈肩综合征的发病机制、治疗与预防等情况进行综合分析,并进行综述,旨在为颈肩综合征的临床治疗提供可靠依据。Neck-shoulder syndrome mainly refers to neck and shoulder discomfort secondary to acute and chronic cervical injury and cervical muscle and ligament strain around the cervical spine incurred by joint bone hyperplasia in cervical and thoracic spine,straightened physiological curvature of cervical spine or other various factors.It is a common disease in clinical practice,whose mainly affected population is the elderly.In recent years,with the changes in people's lifestyles and the increasing popularity of multimedia,computers and mobile phones,the patients with clinical neck-shoulder syndrome are becoming younger and younger.The prevention and treatment of this disease is currently the focus of attention.This paper comprehensively analyzes the pathogenesis,treatment and prevention of neck-shoulder syndrome and makes a review,aiming to provide a reliable basis for the clinical treatment of neckshoulder syndrome.
