某院消化道肿瘤外科病区用药情况分析

摘　　要：目的分析某院消化道肿瘤外科病区的药品使用情况,找出使用中存在的问题,为临床合理用药提供解决办法。方法按照用药金额及用药频数(DDDs)进行排序,对用药金额居前30位的药品进行统计,并对其临床使用情况进行分析。结果肿瘤辅助用药、肠外营养、抗菌药物及抑酸类药物的用药金额较高,通过分析其临床使用情况发现临床使用中存在部分问题,尤其以肿瘤辅助用药和抗菌药物的问题居多,另外也存在手术预防使用抗菌药物不合理、肿瘤辅助用药超适应症使用、免疫增强剂联用不合理等。结论某院消化道肿瘤外科病区用药金额居前30位的药品符合病区病种及患者特点,用药基本合理,但也存在不合理的情况,应加强说明书用药的规范化管理。ObjectiveTo analyze the drug use of the surgical ward of gastrointestinal cancer in a hospital, find out the existing problems in the drug use, and provide solutions for clinical rational use of drugs.MethodsThe medication data of surgical ward of gastrointestinal cancer for 3 months were collected and ranked in terms of amount and defined daily doses(DDDs). The top 30 drugs in the ranking of amount were classified and analyzed according to the DDDs.ResultsThe antitumor adjuvant drugs, parenteral nutrition, antimicrobial agents and anti-gastric acid drugs showed a large medication amount. Some problems were found in the clinical use of the above mentioned drugs. Especially, there were many problems in the use of anti-tumor adjuvant drugs and antimicrobial agents, such as irrational use of antibiotics in surgical prophylactic therapy, off-label use of anti-tumor adjuvant drugs, irrational combination of immunopotentiators and so on.Conclusion The top 30 drugs in the ranking of amount accorded with the characteristics of the disease and the patients in the gastrointestinal cancer surgical ward. The drug use was basically reasonable, though there were unreasonable situations. It is necessary to reinforce the standardized management of drug instructions.
