摘　　要：《史记》所载疾病,多与人物塑造、王朝政治及生存策略的叙述密切相关。《史记》中的疾病书写,不仅起到了凸显人物性格、展示人物命运的作用,也记录了权力斗争和君臣治国之道。这与《史记》注重总结历史教训与生存智慧的史家意识密切相关。这种书写蕴含着司马迁以史为鉴、“贤贤贱不肖”的史学思想,展现了个体生命抗争无常命运的勇气和力量,内涵丰富,影响深远。Most diseases in The Grand Scribe’s Records are closely related to characterization,dynastic politics and survival strategies.The writing of diseases in The Grand Scribe’s Records not only plays a role in highlighting characters’personalities and displaying their destinies,but also records the power struggle,and the way of ruling the country,which is closely related to historical lessons and survival wisdom.The writing contains Sima Qian’s historical thought of taking history as a mirror and“being virtuous but not unworthy”,and shows the courage and strength of individual life to fight against the changeable fate,which is full of rich connotations and has far-reaching influence.
