摘  要:为了解决钢管冷拔生产过程中冷拔头开裂、断头问题,采用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件对空拔钢管冷拔头进行数值模拟。建立短芯棒冷拔钢管的分析模型,计算成品规格为Φ385 mm×50 mm的4140无缝钢管的应力,发现冷拔头的应力集中在圆弧顶点两侧。根据分析结果,优化设计了3种冷拔头结构,通过模拟计算和生产验证确定相离冷拔头结构的应力最小,冷拔头不容易断裂。In order to solve the problem of cracking and breaking of the cold-drawing head as occurring during the manufacturing process of the steel pipe.The digital simulation is made with the ANSYS/LS-DYNA software for the colddrawing head for steel pipe non-mandrel making.The analysis model of the pipe short-mandrel cold-drawing process is set up to calculate the stress of the Φ385 mm×50 mm finished 4140 seamless steel tube.As a result it is reveals that the stress is concentrated on the two sides of the circular arc top of the cold-drawing head.Based on the analysis result,three structure types of the colddrawing head are optimally designed.And through the simulation calculation and the production verification,it is determined that the stress of the separated cold drawing head structure is the minimum,and thus it is no longer frequent for the cold-drawing head to get broken.
