羟氯喹联合多西环素序贯Elos光电协同技术治疗毛细血管扩张型玫瑰痤疮疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨羟氯喹联合多西环素序贯Elos技术治疗毛细血管扩张型玫瑰痤疮的临床疗效及安全性。方法将66例红斑毛细血管扩张型玫瑰痤疮患者随机分为对照组及治疗组,各33例。两组均予联合口服羟氯喹及多西环素治疗1个月;1个月后治疗组采取Elos技术治疗,每3周1次,连续治疗3次(9周)。对照组在1个月后停用多西环素,继续口服羟氯喹9周。结果治疗结束时,治疗组有效率为63.64%,对照组为39.39%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组经表皮水流失测定较对照组降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论羟氯喹联合多西环素序贯Elos光电协同技术治疗毛细血管扩张型玫瑰痤疮的临床疗效优于单独采用口服药物治疗,且安全性好,疗效确切,临床效果满意。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of hydroxyquine combined with doxycycline sequential Elos technique in the treatment of telangiectasia type rosacea.Methods The 66 patients with erythema telangiectasia type rosacea were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 33 cases in each group.All of the patients in both groups were treated with oral hydroxychloroquine and doxycycline for one month.After one month,the patients in treatment group was treated with ELOS technology,once every three weeks,for 3 consecutive treatments(nine weeks).The patients in control group continued to take hydroxychloroquine for nine weeks.Results At the end of treatment,the effective rate was 63.64%in the treatment group and 39.39%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The transepidermal water loss in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of hydroxychloroquine combined with doxycycline sequential Elos photoelectric synergistic technology for telangiectasia type rosacea is better than that of oral medication alone.There have no obvious adverse reactions,and the clinical effect is satisfactory.
