摘　　要：患者女,35岁,躯干、四肢红斑、结节伴瘙痒6年,加重10d。患者发病前有注射新型冠状病毒疫苗史,入院症见全身泛发丘疹、结节,伴高热,嗜酸性粒细胞、丙氨酸氨基转移酶、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶升高;组织病理示:表皮不规则增生肥厚,真皮中浅层血管内及周围见较多嗜酸性粒细胞、淋巴细胞浸润;结合临床表现、实验室检查、组织病理学诊断为药物超敏反应综合征。A 35-year-old female presented with erythema,nodular and pruritus for six years,aggravated ten days.She had a history of injection of Novel Coronavirus vaccine before the onset of the disease.She was admitted to hospital with generalized papules and nodules,accompanied by high fever along with increased eosinophils,alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase,andγ-glutamyl transpeptidase.Histopathology showed irregular hyperplasia and hypertrophy of the epidermis,and more infiltration of eosinophils and lymphocytes were observed in and around the vessels in the middle and superficial dermis.Combined with clinical manifestations,laboratory examination and histopathology,the patient was diagnosed as drug-induced hypersensitivity syndrome.
