度普利尤单抗治疗重度特应性皮炎合并多种眼部疾病1例

摘　　要：患者男,19岁,全身红斑鳞屑渗出伴瘙痒反复19年视物模糊5年。5岁时诊断为特应性皮炎(AD),近5年出现特应性眼部并发症:结膜炎、干眼、白内障、飞蚊症和视网膜脱离。患者使用度普利尤单抗治疗后,不仅改善皮肤症状,也缓解了眼部并发症,生活质量提高,使用度普利尤单抗治疗时没有出现结膜炎等副作用。A 19-year-old male patient had repeated erythema,scaly,exudation and itching all over the body for 19 years and blurred vision for five years.He was diagnosed with atopic dermatitis when he was five years old.In the past five years,he has combined atopic ocular complications:conjunctivitis,dry eye,cataract,floaters and retinal detachment.This patient with severe AD combined with atopic ocular complications not only improved skin symptoms,but also alleviated ocular complications and improved the quality of life after treatment with dupliumab,and the patient did not develop side effects such as conjunctivitis when treated with dupilumab.
