摘　　要：甲是皮肤附属器之一,具有多种重要功能。但一直以来对其研究较少,生物学特点认识不足。近年来,甲单元间质细胞,甲的免疫学特点及指(趾)端再生等方面具均有一些研究进展。本文从这几方面做一综述。Nail is one of the skin appendages,and has several inportant functions.However,few studys concentrate on nail so that the biological characteristics of nail are not well known.In recent years,progress has been made in the mesenchymal cell,the immunology of the nail and the regeneration of the finger(toe)tips.This article makes a summary from these aspects.
