摘　　要：目的了解浙江省不同机构助产士工作内容及助产服务开展情况。方法采用分层整群抽样方法,对浙江省4个地区61家助产机构对国际上推荐和不推荐的助产服务项目开展情况进行问卷调查。结果各机构助产士可执行助产操作从4~12项不等;国际推荐的分娩期助产服务开展最好的是:早接触(60所机构,占98.4%)、早吸吮(60所,占98.4%)、评估产妇排尿(60所,占98.4%);不推荐的服务开展较多的是:医护人员指导屏气用力(40所,占65.6%)、持续胎心电子监护(37所,占60.7%)、第二产程仰卧位(32所,占52.5%);推荐的疼痛管理服务开展最好的是:第一产程鼓励活动采取舒适体位(51所,占83.6%)。结论各机构助产士工作内容不同,服务开展水平不一,提示要制定适合中国国情的助产规范,进一步提高助产服务质量。Objective To survey the work contents of and services provided by the midwives in different labor and delivery hospitals in Zhejiang Province.MethodsUsing stratified cluster sampling method,61 labor and delivery hospitals were selected from four regions of Zhejiang Province,and a questionnaire survey on internationally recommended and non-recommended midwifery services was conducted.ResultsThe number of operations that midwives can perform varied from 4 to 12.The internationally recommended midwifery services that implemented in most hospitals included:(1)early skin-to-skin contact between mother and infant(98.4%);(2)encourage and support breastfeeding initiation within first hour(98.4%);(3)and frequently assess passing of urine(98.4%).The internationally non-recommended midwifery services that implemented some hospitals included:(1)breath holding and exertion under the guidance of medical staff(65.6%);(2)continuous cardiotocography(60.7%);(3)and supine position during second-stage labor(52.5%).The best-implemented internationally-recommended pain relief service is to encourage women to adopt any upright position they find comfortable throughout labor(83.6%).ConclusionThe work contents of and services provided by midwives are different across labor and delivery hospitals,suggesting a need to formulate standard midwifery services suitable for China′s national conditions to further improve the quality of the services.
