摘 要:目的探讨将基于微课的TBL教学模式应用在诊断学实验课体格检查—胸、肺部检查中的教学效果与传统带教的教学效果比较。方法选择2017级遵义医科大学临床专业学生共97人进行诊断学实验课胸、肺部体格检查教学实践。随机分为对照组和试验组,分别为47人和50人。试验组采用基于微课的TBL教学模式,对照组采用传统带教模式,课堂结束后分别对两组学生进行胸、肺部体格检查的技能考核,同时完成学生的问卷调查。结果试验组胸、肺部体格检查成绩高于对照组(P<0.01),问卷调查结果显示,80%左右试验组的学生表示对新的教学模式更感兴趣,新的教学模式在提高学习效率、增强自主学习能力和独立完成操作的能力等各方面的优势均优于传统教学。结论将基于微课的TBL教学模式应用在诊断学实验课体格检查中教学效果良好,值得进一步推广。Objective To compare the teaching effect of TBL teaching mode based on micro class in physical examination chest and lung examination of diagnostic experiment course with that of traditional teaching.Methods A total of 97 clinical students from Zunyi Medical University in 2017 were selected to enter the teaching practice of physical examination of chest and lung.The patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,47 and 50,respectively.The experimental group adopted TBL teaching mode based on micro class,In the control group,the traditional teaching mode was adopted,At the end of the class,two groups of students were chest,lung physical examination for skills assessment,At the same time complete the students'questionnaire.Results The results of physical examination of chest and lung in test group were higher than that in control group(P<0.01),About 80%of the students in the experimental group are more interested in the new teaching mode.The advantages of the new teaching mode are better than the traditional teaching in improving learning efficiency,enhancing the ability of autonomous learning and independent operation.Conclusion The TBL teaching mode based on micro class is applied in the physical examination of diagnostic experiment course,and the teaching effect is good,It is worthy of further promotion.
