摘 要:目的研究胸痛中心现场结合问题导向教学法(PBL)联合案例教学法(CBL)在心血管内科实习中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1-12月在心血管内科进行临床实习的28名临床医学专业学生,按学号奇偶数,划分对照组[n=14,应试教学模式(LBL)]和观察组(n=14,PBL联合CBL教学法),比较两组考核成绩、满意度、实习效果。结果观察组考核成绩高于对照组;观察组满意度(92.86%)高于对照组(50.00%);观察组逻辑推理、学习兴趣、语言表达、问题分析解决、团队协作、自学能力评分均高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在心血管内科胸痛中心现场应用PBL联合CBL教学法,学生的考核成绩、满意度均显著提高,并且,有利于培养临床医学专业学生的逻辑推理、语言表达、自学及问题分析解决能力,激发其学习兴趣。Objective To study the application effect of problem-based learning(PBL)and case-based learning(CBL)in the practice of cardiovascular internal medicine.Method From January 2020 to December 2020,28 clinical medical students were selected and divided into control group[n=14,examination oriented teaching mode(LBL)]and observation group(n=14,PBL with CBL teaching method)according to the odd and even number of students.The assessment results,satisfaction and practice effect of the two groups were compared.Results The examination results of the observation group were higher than those of the control group;The satisfaction of the observation group(92.86%)was higher than that of the control group(50.00%);The scores of logical reasoning,learning interest,language expression,problem analysis and solution,teamwork and self-study ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PBL with CBL teaching method in the chest pain center of cardiovascular internal medicine can significantly improve the students'examination results and satisfaction,and it is conducive to cultivate the students'ability of logical reasoning,language expression,self-study and problem analysis and solution,and stimulate their interest in learning.
