摘　　要：目的探究玻璃体替代物在玻璃体视网膜疾病中的治疗效果与教学应用。方法选择我院2019年3月—2020年3月收治的60例玻璃体视网膜疾病患者,依据玻璃体替代物分为注气组与注油组各30例,对比患者躯体功能评分、躯体疼痛评分、社会功能评分、精神健康分等生活质量评分并评估教学效果。结果本文研究中术后6个月之后,两组患者生活质量均有显著改善,而注气组的患者生活质量评分高于注油组,几项评价指标差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经教学效果评估后,19名(95%)高年资住院医师规范化培训医生认为以手术视频为媒介的电子软件式教学效果优良,可达到加深对手术理解的作用,1名医生认为其教学效果一般。结论玻璃体手术后注气组的生活质量高于注油组,采用以手术视频为媒介的电子软件式教学效果佳,具有应用推广价值。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect and teaching application of vitreous substitutes in vitreoretinal diseases.Methods In this study,we selected 60 patients with vitreoretinal diseases admitted to our hospital from March 2019 to March 2020.According to the vitreous substitute,they were randomly divided into 30 cases in the gas tamponade group and 30 cases in the oil tamponade group.The physical function scores and physical pain of the patients were compared.Score,social function score,mental health score and other quality of life scores and evaluate teaching effects.Results In this study,after 6 months after surgery,the quality of life of the two groups of patients was significantly improved,and the quality of life scores of the patients in the gas injection group were higher than those in the oil injection group,and several evaluation indicators were significantly different(P<0.05).After evaluating the teaching effect,19(95%)senior residents of standardized training doctors believed that the electronic software-based teaching with surgical videos as the medium was excellent and could deepen the understanding of surgery.One doctor thought the teaching effect was general.Conclusion The quality of life of the gas injection group after vitreous surgery is higher than that of the oil injection group.The use of electronic software-based teaching with surgical videos as the medium is effective and has wide application value.
