益肾促排卵汤对多囊卵巢综合征致排卵障碍性不孕的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察益肾促排卵汤对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)致排卵障碍性不孕的疗效。方法将符合PCOS致排卵障碍性不孕的60例患者分为对照组30例(氯米芬治疗)、观察组30例(氯米芬+益肾促排卵汤),记录两组患者血清CTGF、T、LH、FSH及E2的指标,观察两组患者治疗后的子宫内膜容受性、排卵及妊娠情况,并比较两组临床疗效。结果观察组血清CTGF、T、LH在治疗后与对照组治疗后相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后PI、RI、子宫内膜厚度、排卵及妊娠情况与对照组相比,有统计学意义(P<0.05);临床疗效两组分别为96.67%和73.33%。结论观察组和对照组对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)致排卵障碍性不孕均有效果,且观察组疗效优于对照组,此研究为治疗PCOS致排卵障碍性不孕提供了新的思路和方法。Objective To observe the effect of Yishen Cuoviao Decoction on ovulation-induced infertility caused by PCOS.Methods Sixty patients with PCOS-induced ovulatory infertility were divided into the control group(30 cases)treated with clomiphene citrate and the observation group(30 cases)treated with clomiphene citrate+Yishen Cuoovulatory Decoction.The serum CTGF,T,LH,FSH and E2 indexes of the two groups were recorded.The endometrial receptivity,ovulation and pregnancy of the two groups after treatment were observed,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results There were significant differences in serum CTGF,T and LH between the observation group and the control group after treatment(P<0.05).PI,RI,endometrial thickness,ovulation and pregnancy in the observation group after treatment were statistically significant compared with those in the control group(P<0.05).The clinical efficacies in the two groups were 96.67%and 73.33%,respectively.Conclusion The observation group and the control group are effective on polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)-induced ovulatory infertility,and the observation group is better than the control group.This study provides a new Ideas and methods.
