在夜间护理中实施护理专案管理对护理安全提升的效果研究

摘　　要：目的分析在患者的夜间护理工作实施中,护理专案管理的具体应用效果。方法纳入我院2019年1月—2020年2月收治的116例住院治疗患者为对象,以数字表达法将患者分为研究组与对照组,每组各58例,对照组患者需接受常规护理干预,而研究组对象则接受护理专案管理,观察两组患者接受不同方案护理后的不良事件发生率与护理满意率。结果研究组具有较高的护理满意度,不良事件发生率比对照组低,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对住院治疗的患者,在其夜间护理工作中应用护理专案管理的效果较好,该方案的可行性较高。Objective To analyze the specific application effect of nursing project management in the implementation of patients'night nursing work.Methods Including our hospital 116 hospitalized patients from January 2019 to February 2020 as the object,digital expression patients divided into research group and control group,each group of 58,control patients need to accept routine nursing intervention,and the study group object accept nursing project management,observe two groups of patients after different regimen adverse incidence and nursing satisfaction rate.Results The study group had high care satisfaction,a lower incidence of adverse events than the control group,and the data differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For the hospitalized patients,the application of nursing project management in their night care work is better,and the feasibility of this program is higher.
