摘 要:目的:运用Meta分析探讨不同运动方式对心血管病患者安静心率的影响。方法:对PubMed、Web of Science、Cochrance Library、EBSCO、ScienceDirect和中国知网(CNKI)6个电子数据库检索相关文献,检索时间为最初到2020年12月。根据纳入标准筛选文献,采用固定效应或随机效应模型计算均数差和95%置信区间(CI),并进行亚组分析和敏感性分析以探讨异质性的来源。结论表明:有氧运动能够显著降低心血管病患者安静心率,并且基于受试者年龄、受试者所患心血管病类型以及有氧运动干预时间进行亚组分析,55-65岁年龄段心血管病患者、心力衰竭患者以及高血压患者以及在进行了8周、10周或12周、3个月有氧运动后的心血管病患者安静心率显著下降;抗阻运动对心血管病患者安静心率的影响不显著;有氧抗阻混合运动能够显著降低心血管病患者安静心率。To investigate the effects of different exercise modes on the resting heart rate(RHR)in patients with cardiovasacular disease(CVD)by Meta analysis.Methods:Published studies from inception to December 2020 were identified by searching 6 electronic databases including PubMed,Web of Science,Cochrance Library,EBSCO,ScienceDirect and CNKI.Additionally,according to the inclusion criteria,mean differences(MD)and 95%confidence intervals(CI)were calculated using fixed-effects models or random-effects models.Moreover,subgroup analysis and sensitivity analysis were conducted to explore the possible heterogeneity.Conclusions:Aerobic exercise can significantly reduce the RHR of CVD patients.The subgroup analysis was performed according to the age,types of CVD,and duration of aerobic exercise intervention.Subgroup analysis of RHR in CVD patients with aerobic exercise showed RHR significantly decreased in patients aged 55-65,in patients with heart failure or hypertension,and in patients with CVD after aerobic exercise at 8,10 weeks or 12 weeks,or 3 months.There was no significant difference in effect of resistance exercise on RHR in CVD patients.Aerobic and resistance exercise can significantly reduce the RHR of CVD patients.
