摘  要:以澳大利亚Loy Yang褐煤(LY)为研究对象,采用红外光谱仪、比表面积孔径分布仪、热重分析仪等手段,应用灰分、峰值温度(θp)、不同转化率下的活化能等参数,研究了外植钙离子对褐煤燃烧性能的催化作用,并提出了催化燃烧机理。结果表明:钙离子以羧酸盐的形式负载到酸洗煤样(LYA)中,且负载量随钙离子浓度的增大而增加;钙离子的植入堵塞了煤样中的部分孔隙;钙离子负载煤样(Ca0.1和Ca0.5)的活化能均低于LYA的活化能,与LYA相比,Ca0.1和Ca0.5的θp分别降低了22.2℃和28.5℃,最大燃烧速率(dw/dt)max分别增加了0.109%/s和0.135%/s,活化能分别减少了35.21 kJ/mol和43.17 kJ/mol,说明钙离子能催化褐煤的燃烧,且负载量越大催化效果越明显;基于θp、(dw/dt)max和活化能的变化规律提出的钙离子催化褐煤燃烧机理为钙离子促进了煤样挥发分的释放并加速了焦炭的燃烧。The catalytic effects of Ca2+on the combustion performance of Loy Yang lignite(LY)were characterized by the ash content,peak temperature(θp),and activation energy under a variety of conversion ratios by using the Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,pore size distribution analyzer,and thermogravimetry.The underlying mechanism for the catalytic combustion was also studied.The results show that Ca2+is loaded onto the LY treated by acid(LYA)in the form of the carboxylate,and the loading content increases with the increasing Ca2+concentration.The added Ca2+blocks some pores in the lignite.Furthermore,the activation energy values of the Ca2+loaded samples(i.e.,Ca0.1 and Ca0.5)are lower than that of LYA.Compared with those of LYA,the peak temperature values for Ca0.1 and Ca0.5 decrease by 22.2℃and 28.5℃,respectively,the maximum combustion rate(dw/dt)max being increased by 0.109%/s and 0.135%/s,respectively,and the activation energy being decreased by 35.21 kJ/mol,43.17 kJ/mol,respectively.The results indicate that Ca2+catalyzes the combustion of the lignite,and the higher the Ca2+content,the more obvious the catalytic effect will be.Based on the changes inθp,(dw/dt)max and activation energy,a mechanism for the observation that the lignite combustion is catalyzed by Ca2+is proposed.Ca2+can enhance the release of the volatiles from the lignite and promote the combustion of the char.
