摘  要:以山西安邑煤经洗选后含较高有机硫的精煤为原料,将其磨制后悬浮在NaBr-HCl,NaBr-HNO_(3),NaBr-H_(2)SO_(4)三种电解质体系中,调节不同pH值进行电化学脱硫,通过电极反应产生活性氧对电解液中悬浮的煤颗粒进行间接氧化脱硫,利用TGA,FTIR,EDS等方法分析脱硫条件对煤质的影响。结果表明:在一定量NaBr与pH值为1~6的不同酸配制的电解质环境下电化学脱硫效果不同,不同脱硫环境对煤质的影响也有显著差别。NaBr分别与HCl,HNO_(3),H_(2)SO_(4)三种酸配制的电解质对煤浆的脱硫率都明显好于只有NaBr为电解质条件下的脱硫率。同一种酸在不同的pH下和不同酸在相同的pH下脱硫效果均不同,强酸环境下脱硫率高;但就对煤质的破坏程度而言,在pH=6的弱酸性环境下电解,煤结构保持较好。对Cl^(-),NO^(-)_(3),SO^(2-)_(4)酸根离子参与反应的不同程度进行研究,发现煤样在三种酸的弱酸性电解质中脱硫后氧的相对含量都有所增加,碳的相对含量减小,煤的热值降低,但燃烧性能变好。HCl环境下电解脱硫会发生Cl的取代反应,H_(2)SO_(4)环境下氧含量增加幅度较大,煤品质严重下降,HNO_(3)环境下能有效脱除精煤中的有机硫,同时煤的原有特性基本不变,灰分有所降低。The clean coal from washed coal of Shanxi Anyi,which contained organic sulfur,was groud and then suspended in NaBr-HCl,Na-HNO_(3),NaBr-H_(2)SO_(4) systems.By adjusting the pH value of the systems,indirect oxidative desulfurization of the coal particles suspending in the electrolytes was performed via oxidative oxygen in electrode reaction.The effect of desulfurization conditon on the coal property was analysed using TGA,FTIR and EDS.The results show the effects of NaBr and acid on desulfurization are different in different acid environments with pH=1-6,and effects on coal property are significantly different.The desulfurization effects are obviously better in the condition of different electrolytes prepared from NaB and HCl,HNO_(3),H_(2)SO_(4) respectively than that in the condition of NaBr.The same kind of acid has different desulfurization effects at different pH.Different acids have different desulfurization effects at the same pH.The desulfurization degree is higher in a strong acid environment.But from the point of damage degree to coal,a weak acid environment with pH=6 is favorable for eletrolysis.The participation degree of Cl^(-),NO^(-)_(3),SO^(2-)_(4) in the reaction was analysed and the results show that the relative content of oxygen of coal desulfurized by three kinds of weak acid electrolytes increases,resulting in decrease of C relative content,and the calorific value of coal decreases.The combustion characteristic of coal improves.The substitution reaction of Cl will occur in the HCl environment.The relative content of oxygen increases greatly in the enviroment of H_(2)SO_(4).The property of coal declines seriously.The organic sulfur in the clean coal can be removed effectively in HNO_(3) environment,the original structure of coal keeps unchanged basically,and the ash content reduces partly.
