摘 要:随着厚煤层一次采全高高度的增加,工作面超前支承压力特征势必与普通工作面不同。尤其对于特厚煤层而言,超前应力影响范围、围岩破碎程度等会表现出不同的特征。文章以山西某矿特厚煤层12302工作面为背景,通过现场监测得出,超前支承应力影响范围为45 m左右,在超前工作面20 m附近达到峰值,围岩移近量及破坏程度远大于普通采高工作面;通过钻孔窥视得出特厚煤层大采高工作面回采巷道超前工作面20 m范围内靠近工作面侧顶板较为破碎,靠近煤柱侧及中央破碎位置主要位于巷道留设的顶煤中。该研究结果对特厚煤层大采高工作面巷道支护及顶板管理提供科学的指导。With the increase of the height of the whole mining height in thick coal seam,the characteristics of the abutment pressure in advance of the working face must be different from that of the common working face.Especially for extra-thick coal seam,the influence range of advanced stress and the degree of surrounding rock fragmentation will show different characteristics.Based on the background of 12302 working face of a coal mine in Shanxi Province,the influence range of the advanced supporting stress is about 45 m,and the peak value is reached near 20 m of the advanced working face,the surrounding rock is closer and damaged than the normal working face,and it is found that the side roof is broken in 20 m of the advanced working face of the large mining height working face in the extra-thick coal seam,near the coal pillar side and the central crushing position mainly lies in the roof coal which the roadway sets aside.The research results provide scientific guidance for roadway support and roof management of large mining height working face in extra-thick coal seam.
