包装设计专业“三位一体”实训模式研究——以创新实践能力培养为导向

摘　　要：本文针对湖南工业大学“以市场为导向,以能力为核心,全面提升创新素养与能力”的人才培养目标,提出以包装设计专业创新实践能力培养为导向,将设计项目、实习实战、创新攻坚等环节提前导入到大学课程体系当中,构建“创新创业实践教学平台”,以“设计训练实战化”、“设计实习实训化”、“设计创新科研化”的“三位一体”融合实训模式,打造“学—练-研-创”联动式课堂,营造校内校外、立体化、多维度的实训大环境,切实解决学校教育、学生就业、企业需求三方面的矛盾。This paper takes Hunan University of technology’s talent training goal of“taking the market as the guide,taking the ability as the core,comprehensively improving the innovation literacy and ability”,It is proposed that,guided by the cultivation of innovation and practice ability of packaging design major,design projects,practice,innovation and other links should be introduced into the university curriculum system in advance,and the“innovation and entrepreneurship practice teaching platform”should be constructed.The“Trinity”integrated training mode of“design training practice”,“design practice practice training”and“design innovation and scientific research”should be adopted to create the“learning and entrepreneurship”mode-The“practice research creation”interactive classroom is to create a threedimensional and multi-dimensional training environment inside and outside the school,and effectively solve the contradictions in school education,student employment and enterprise demand.
