摘  要:合成了新的蓝色压敏染料。以2-甲基吲哚为原料,碳酸二甲酯为甲基化试剂,经条件优化,以97.1%的转化率合成了N-甲基-2-甲基吲哚,然后与4-氯苯酐在甲苯中反应得到化合物吲哚酮酸,再与3-甲氧基-N,N-二甲氨基苯甲醚在乙酸酐中反应得到氯代吲哚紫(CIL)。整个工艺过程共计3步,每步的转化率均在90%以上。每步的反应不需要纯化处理,直接进行下步反应,工艺简单。利用^1HNMR、^(13)CNMR、IR和MS等对CIL进行了结构确认。最后还进行了紫外可见光谱性能测定,并与结晶紫内酯(CVL)进行比较。实验结果表明,CIL摩尔吸光系数大于CVL,且对酸变色稳定。A novel pressure sensitive dye was synthesized.N-methyl-2-methyl-indole was synthesized by using 2-methyl-indole and dimethyl carbonate under optimized conditions at 97.1%conversion rate,then the carborybenzoyl-indole was synthesized with 4-chlorophthalic anhydride in toluene,the target compound was afforded with 3-methoxy-N,N-dimethylaniline in anhydride acetic acid.The synthetic route consists of three steps,the conversion rate of each step is above 90%.Each step of the reaction does not need purification treatment,and the next step reaction is directly carried out,and the process is simple.The structure of target compound was confirmed by 1HNMR,13 CNMR,IR and MS.The ultraviolet spectra of the CIL were investigated and compared with CVL.The experimental results showed that the molar absorptivity of CIL is greater than that of CVL,and it is stable to acid discoloration.
