高端输送平顶链链板的研发与应用

摘　　要：介绍国内外输送平顶链的现状及特点,结合市场对平顶链的质量需求,针对国内外输送平顶链的质量差距提出链板的改进方案。从链板结构设计、材料选用、制造工艺等方面详细分析和试验,通过提高输送平顶链链板的平面度,铰链圆度,达到耐腐蚀、耐磨损、高速输送平稳的要求,为进入高端链传动产品市场提供高质量的平顶链产品。The current situation and characteristics of conveyor flat-top chain at home and abroad are introduced in this article;combining with the market quality need for the flat-top chain,the improvement plan of chain plate is put forward in view of the quality gap of domestic and foreign transport flat top chain. Detailed analysis and tests on the chain plate structure design,material selection,manufacturing process,etc. are conducted;through improving the flatness and the hinge roundness of the conveyor chain plate,requirements such as corrosion resistance,wear resistance,smooth and high-speed conveyor can be achieved so as to provide high quality flat-top chain products of entering the high-end chain transmission product market.
