摘  要:以偏心伸缩指滚筒式捡拾螺旋输送器为研究对象,对其机械结构进行了设计,并对完成后的装置进行运动学及强度、刚度计算。在设计工况下,首先通过理论计算,获得了偏心伸缩指滚筒式捡拾螺旋输送器关键尺寸的设计参数;再进行了滚筒螺旋部分和偏心伸缩指滚筒式捡拾部分的机械结构设计,并将二者组合完成整体三维模型建立;最后采用仿真分析的方法,通过对该装置三维模型进行处理、网格划分、边界条件设置、求解计算,获得了转动的速度和加速度值,以及整体结构的应力和应变分布云图,确认了整体结构设计的合理性。该装置相较于传统输送器,以其良好的工作性能,在青饲联合收获机等其他收获机械有着广泛的应用前景。设计过程中采用理论计算配合三维建模,辅助仿真分析的设计方法,为设计人员开发同类产品及结构优化提供新的便捷手段。In this paper,taking the eccentric telescopic finger roller pickup auger as the research object,its mechanical structure is designed,and the kinematics,strength and stiffness of the device are calculated. Under the design condition,firstly,the design parameters of the key dimensions of the eccentric telescopic finger roller pickup screw conveyor are obtained through theoretical calculation;then,the mechanical structure of the spiral part of the drum and the eccentric telescopic finger drum pickup part is designed,and the overall 3D model is established by combining the two parts;finally,based on the simulation analysis method,and through processing the 3D model of the device,meshing,setting the boundary conditions and solving the calculation,the rotational speed and acceleration values are obtained,as well as the stress and strain distribution nephogram of the whole structure,and rationality of the whole structure design is confirmed. Compared with the traditional conveyor,with its good working performance,this device has a wide application prospect in other harvesting machinery such as the green forage combine harvesters. In this design process,the method of theoretical calculation,3D modeling and aided simulation analysis is adopted,which would provide new and convenient means for the designers to develop similar products and structural optimization.
