摘  要:针对目前立式热风炉运行中不断出现水套烧坏事故,造成人力财物浪费的现状,提出鼓风炉表面实时测温红外热成像监测系统设计方案。通过采用红外数字图像细节增强(DDE)算法,用高速处理器先对原始鼓风炉水套及周围冷却壁信息进行处理,采用小波变换对温升异常信号进行局部分析,设置报警温度值,实现冷却壁和热风管损伤的可视化,解决对冷却壁和热风管温度检查难度大、工作量大、超温故障判断不易的问题,极大地降低了鼓风炉的安全风险,保障了正常的生产工作,提高了生产效率。In view of the continuous occurrence of water jacket burnout accidents in the operation of vertical hot blast stoves which would result in waste of manpower and property,the design scheme of infrared thermal imaging real-time monitoring system for the blast furnace surface temperature measurement is put forward in this paper. Through adopting the infrared digital image detail enhancement( DDE) algorithm,the original data of water jacket and cooling stave around the blast stove is manipulated with high-speed processor;and the local analysis of abnormal temperature signal is conducted by using the wavelet transform so as to set the alarm temperature;then the visual monitoring of hot air pipe and cooling stave damage could be realized. It solves the problem of difficult temperature checking,heavy workload and overtemperature fault judgment of cooling wall and heat air duct,and greatly reduces the safety risk of the blast furnace,ensures the normal production work and improves the production efficiency.
