滤棒发射管道自动清堵系统的设计与应用

摘　　要：滤棒从发射端到接收端的发射过程中,不可避免会发生堵塞现象,堵塞现象发生后,会严重影响卷接机组的正常生产。针对此问题,设计了一套滤棒发射管道自动清堵系统,利用反吹装置将压缩空气从卷烟机滤棒入口端反向流向发射机出口端,以此来实现对滤棒发射管道的自动清理。经实际应用验证,该系统可有效地降低排除堵管故障的时间和工作强度,提高生产效率。During the process of transmitting filter rod from the transmitter to the receiving end,it is inevitable to have the phenomenon of;after the blocking phenomenon occurs,it will seriously affect the normal production of the winding unit. In order to solve this problem,a set of automatic cleaning system for the filter rod launching pipe is designed in this paper. The compressed air is reversed from the inlet end of the filter rod of cigarette machine to the transmitter outlet end by means of the reverse blowing device,so as to realize automatic cleaning of the emission pipe of the filter rod. The practical application shows that the system can effectively reduce the time and work intensity of removing the pipe plugging fault,and improve the production efficiency.
