摘　　要：针对土地资源短缺、车位需求量大这一社会问题,设计了一款矩形框体垂直升降式机械停车库。通过设计,重点描述驱动系统、传动系统、钢架系统、载车系统和电控系统五个系统,介绍了车库的总体结构,通过设计传动方式,并得出车库的总体结构数据。车库采用工业级万向轮、滚磨条、井型轨道槽,以及传动滚轮装置用于夹紧载车板,解决了车辆存取运行不平稳、不安全的问题,在为车主提供便捷方面有极大的价值。Aiming at the social problem of shortage of land resources and large demand for parking spaces,a rectangular frame vertical lifting mechanical parking garage is designed in this article. By designing the transmission mode and related data,focusing on the five systems such as the drive system,transmission system,steel frame system,car-carrying system and the electronic control system,the overall structure of the garage is introduced,and the overall structural data of the garage is obtained by designing the transmission mode. The garage adopts industrial-grade universal wheels,tumbling strips,well-shaped track grooves,and transmission roller device to clamp the car carrier plate,which solves the problem of unstable and unsafe operation of vehicle access,and has great value in providing convenience for the car owners.
