摘  要:介绍了超细钴粉的一种高效、安全粉碎方法及粉碎系统设备设计的改进思路,对超细钴粉粉碎工艺、原理、系统设备组成、材质等进行了详细的研究。采用气氛保护,用气流粉碎技术对块状的"海绵态钴粉"进行粉碎,利用变频分级设备、旋风分离器、褶皱筒除尘器进行粉碎后钴粉的分级和超微金属粉尘进行回收,解决了常态下超细钴粉粉碎中易着火自燃的问题,提高了钴粉的质量、产量,同时采用分级技术实现了产品的多样化,选用过滤精度高的收尘材料,提高了钴粉的金属回收率,系统设备采用PLC技术,实现了自动化生产。An efficient and safe grinding method of ultra-fine cobalt powder and the improvement idea of grinding system equipment design is introduced in this paper,and the grinding process,principle,system equipment components,materials,etc. of the ultra-fine cobalt powder have been studied in detail. Using the protective atmosphere,the block sponge cobalt powder is crushed by the air pulverization technology,and classification of the smashed cobalt powder and recovery of ultrafine metal powder dust are conducted by using frequency conversion equipment,cyclone separator and folding dust collector. Thus,problem of the normal ultra-fine cobalt powder easy to fire spontaneously in the process of pulverization is solved,and the quality and output of cobalt powder are improved;meanwhile,the products diversification is achieved with the use of classification techniques,and the metal recovery rate of cobalt powder is improved by using the filter dust collection materials with high accuracy. The employment of PLC technology in system equipment could achieve automated production.
