汽车排气系统吊钩位置的不同设计方法研究

摘  要:在均方值法与平均驱动自由度法理论的基础下,对某型汽车排气系统的吊钩位置进行了设计与分析,并得到了两种不同的设计方案。通过约束模态分析、静力分析与动力响应分析对两种方案进行设计验证。结果表明:方案二相比于方案一,在吊钩位置设计速度上更快,吊钩整体布置较为合理,系统最大位移较小,受力比较均匀,避开了发动机的共振激励频率,橡胶吊耳的疲劳寿命也满足设计要求,从而为后续系统的NVH性能研究打下良好的基础。Based on the theory of mean square method and average driving degree of freedom method,the hook position of an automobile exhaust system is designed and analyzed in this paper,and two different design schemes are obtained. The two schemes are verified by the constrained modal analysis,static analysis and dynamic response analysis. The results show that compared with scheme 1,in the scheme 2,the design speed on hook position is faster,the overall layout of the hook is more reasonable,the maximum displacement of the system is small,and the force is relatively uniform,which could avoid the resonance excitation frequency of the engine,and the fatigue life of the rubber lug could also meet the design requirements,thus it would lay a good foundation for the subsequent NVH performance research of the system.
