摘  要:针对某型汽车排气系统,提出采用计算机辅助技术的方法,运用UG建立排气系统的模型,通过Hypermesh进行三维模型的前处理划分网格、约束挂钩及建立汽车发动机热端坐标系等,最后通过Opti Struct优化求解器,分别求解其在0~200 Hz怠速工况下,自由状态和约束状态的模态,根据对比结果,为以后此型汽车排气系统的进一步优化建立基础。In this paper,according to the exhaust system of a certain type of automobile,method of computer aided technology is put forward. UG is used to build the exhaust system model,and Hyper Mesh is used to pre-process the three-dimensional model to partition the mesh,constraint hook and establish the coordinate system of the automobile engine thermal end,etc. Finally,the Opti Struct optimization solver is used to solve the modes of free and constrained states under 0 ~ 200 Hz idle conditions respectively. According to the comparison results,foundation for the further optimization of the similar automobile exhaust system is established.
