摘  要:机场消防车是机场必备的安全车辆,能够向多个角度发射水炮以达到灭火的目的。但卡车顶盖一般承载力较小,无法承受水炮发射的反作用力,因此必须对卡车顶盖进行加强,同时又尽可能减小车辆重量的增加。基于TRIZ理论设计出3款顶盖加强方案,通过Hyper Mesh进行仿真分析,得出能满足需求的最佳方案,达到了创新设计的目的,为其它消防车设计提供设计思路。Airport fire engines are necessary safety vehicles in the airport. It can fire water cannons at multiple angles to achieve the purpose of fire fighting. However,the general bearing capacity of the truck top roof is small and can not bear the reaction force launched by the water cannon. Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the truck top cover and reduce the increase of vehicle weight as much as possible. In this paper,three roofs strengthening schemes are designed based on TRIZ theory.Through Hyper Mesh simulation analysis,the best scheme that can meet the needs is obtained,which achieves the purpose of innovative design and provides a design case for the design of other fire engines.
