摘 要:大型立式水轮发电机组安装需要经过一系列工序装配成整体,其中下轴套是机组重要的装配体之一,A厂每台机组有24个下轴套,轴套需要逐个校准找正主轴中心,找正的过程耗时长,为达到提高找正效率的目的,本文提出定位胎具研发方案,通过设计研发定位胎具,达到下轴套逐个校准找正主轴中心的目标,有效提高下轴套加工效率,为缩短大型立式水轮发电机检修的直线工期奠定了基础。The installation of large vertical water turbine generator unit needs to be assembled through a series of processes;among them,the lower shaft sleeve is one of the important assemblies of the unit. Each unit in plant A has 24 lower shaft sleeves;the shaft sleeve needs to be calibrated and aligned one by one,and the alignment process takes a long time. In order to improve the alignment efficiency,the research and development scheme of positioning mould is put forward in this paper.Through designing,researching and developing the positioning mould,the goal of aligning the main shaft center of the lower shaft sleeve one by one could be achieved,which would effectively improve the processing efficiency of the lower shaft sleeve,so as to improve the straight-line construction period of maintenance of the large vertical hydro-generator.
