摘  要:通过一起HMB-8.3型液压弹簧机构因密封及杂质引起频繁打压故障的深入分析,详细介绍了现场处理、机构动作原理及机构解体后内部情况并提出了机构频繁打压的根本原因与防范措施,为今后类似典型故障的判断处理提供可靠依据。Through an in-depth analysis of a frequent pressing failure of HMB-8.3 hydraulic spring mechanism caused by sealing and impurities,the on-the-spot treatment,mechanism action principle and the internal situation after the mechanism disintegrates is introduced detailedly in this paper;and the basic reasons and preventive measures for the frequent suppression of the mechanism are then put forward.It provides a reliable basis for judging and dealing with the similar typical faults in the future.
