摘  要:针对高职院校液压实训室现有设备大部分以回路搭接训练类型为主,缺少与企业现场对接的自动化、智能化的综合液压设备的问题,设计开发了一种集电液比例控制技术、传感器技术、PLC控制技术于一体的电液比例综合教学设备。设备所用元件均为企业现场实际使用的元件和叠加式连接方式,使学生的学习更贴近企业现场,满足了机电类专业学生液压气动课程、机电综合实训等课程专业教学的需要。In view of the problem that most of the existing training equipment in the hydraulic training rooms in higher vocational colleges are mainly circuit connection training type,and lack of automatic and intelligent comprehensive hydraulic equipment for on-site docking with enterprises,a kind of electro-hydraulic proportional comprehensive equipment which integrates electro-hydraulic proportional control technology,sensor technology and PLC control technology is developed in this paper. The components used in the equipment are all actually applied and superimposed connected in the field of enterprises,so this enables students to learn more closely about the enterprises,and it meets the professional teaching needs of hydraulic and pneumatic courses and comprehensive practical training courses in major of mechanical and electrical.
