摘　　要：目的通过构建肺移植围术期护理质量评价指标体系,以提高肺移植患者的护理质量。方法在文献回顾的基础上,以“结构—过程—结果”理论为框架,拟定肺移植围术期护理质量评价指标体系,形成专家咨询表,应用德尔菲法对15名专家进行2轮专家咨询。结果2轮咨询的专家积极系数均为100%,专家权威系数为0.87,专家对所有指标的肯德尔和谐系数为0.125~0.247(均P<0.001),各指标的变异系数均<0.16。最终形成包括3项Ⅰ级指标、8项Ⅱ级指标及27项Ⅲ级指标的肺移植围术期护理质量评价指标体系。结论肺移植围术期护理质量评价指标体系的形成基于国内外相关指南、专家共识、标准规范、系统评价及Meta分析,以“结构—过程—结果”理论为基础,并经过2轮专家咨询修订,整体过程规范、可信,对于提升肺移植围术期护理质量、提高肺移植患者的生活质量有较好的指导作用。Objective To improve the quality of care of patients undergoing lung transplantation by building a quality of care indicator system.Methods On the basis of literature review and"structure-process-outcome"theory,the quality of care indicator system for lung transplantation was proposed and an expert consultation questionnaire was formed to carry out 2 rounds of Delphi expert consultation towards 15 experts.Results In both expert consultations,the positive coefficient was 100%,the authoritative coefficient was 0.87,the Kendall's coefficient of concordance of all indicators was 0.125-0.247(all P<0.001),and the coefficient of variation of each indicator was<0.16.Finally,a quality of care indicator system for perioperative patients undergoing lung transplantation was constructed,including 3 primary indicators,8 secondary indicators and 27 tertiary indicators.Conclusion The construction of the quality of care indicator system for perioperative patients undergoing lung transplantation is based on domestic and foreign guidelines,expert consensus,standard specifications,systematic evaluations,Meta-analysis and"structure-process-outcome"theory.After 2 rounds of expert consultation and revision,the whole process of quality of care evaluation is standardized and reliable.It is of guiding significance to improve the quality of care for perioperative patients undergoing lung transplantation and enhance their quality of life.
