摘 要:目的了解上海市三级甲等医院神经科护士的队伍基本情况和专科能力现状,为神经科专科护士的培养提供参考。方法采用方便抽样方法,于2018年7—9月,选取上海市17家三级甲等医院48个神经科室的护士作为研究对象。采用自制问卷调查其基本情况和专科护理能力。结果共调查神经科护士709名,学历以大专为主,占比52.19%;职称以护师为主,占比53.74%;护士层级管理尚不统一。709名神经科护士的专科能力标准化得分为(74.89±12.74)%,且态度维度标准化得分最高为(82.34±14.55)%,科研创新维度标准化得分最低为(60.89±17.50)%。单因素方差分析结果显示,专科能力与年龄、学历、技术职称、职务及神经科工作年限有关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医院管理者应根据神经科护士临床现况与需求进行专科护士培养,建立符合我国国情的专科护士聘用与管理机制,促进神经科专科护士能力提升。Objective To understand the basic information and specialist care ability of neurology nurses in Grade 3A hospitals in Shanghai,providing a reference for the training of neurology nurses.Methods From July to September 2018,nurses were selected as the subjects from 48 neurological departments in 17 Grade 3A hospitals in Shanghai by convenience sampling.They were investigated for basic information and specialist care ability using a self-made questionnaire.Results A total of 709 neurological nurses were investigated.Most of them had junior college degrees(52.19%)and a professional title of senior nurse(53.74%).The hierarchical management of nurses was not unified yet.The standardized score of specialist care ability of 709 neurological nurses was(74.89±12.74)%.The highest standardized score of attitude dimension was(82.34±14.55)%,and the lowest standardized score of scientific research innovation dimension was(60.89±17.50)%.The results of one-way analysis of variance showed that specialist care ability was related to age,education,technical title,position and years of neurological work,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hospital administrators should cultivate specialist nurses according to the clinical status and needs of neurology nurses,and establish an employment and management mechanism for specialist nurses in line with China's realities,so as to improve the ability of neurology nurses.
