摘　　要：目的了解冠心病患者积极度水平现状及影响因素,为进一步制订干预策略提供参考。方法2018年9月至2019年12月,选取收治于上海市4所三级甲等医院的500例冠心病患者作为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、患者积极度量表及心脏病自我效能量表对其进行调查。结果被调查的500例冠心病患者积极度水平得分为(67.02±10.28)分,处于第三水平;自我效能得分为(59.36±15.94)分,处于中等水平。冠心病患者积极度与自我效能呈正相关(r=0.351,P<0.05)。多元逐步回归分析显示,对冠心病患者积极度影响程度由大到小的变量依次为:自我效能、性别、是否主动获取相关知识及有无其他合并症。结论冠心病患者积极度水平处于第三水平。医护人员应基于对患者积极度的评估制订针对性护理计划,并通过改善相关影响因素,提高患者的积极度、提升其疾病自我管理能力,促进患者身心健康。Object To investigate the status quo of activation in patients with coronary heart disease and its influencing factors,providing a reference for further formulation of intervention strategies.Methods From September 2018 to December 2019,500 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to 4 Grade 3A hospitals in Shanghai were selected as subjects.They were investigated using General Information Questionnaire,Patient Activation Measure and Cardiac Self-efficacy Scale.Results The activation score of the 500 patients with coronary heart disease was(67.02±10.28)points,which was in the third level;the self-efficacy score was(59.36±15.94)points,which was in the moderate level.There was a positive correlation between activation and self-efficacy in patients with coronary heart disease(r=0.351,P<0.05).Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that the variables with a large to small effect on the activation of patients with coronary heart disease were:self-efficacy,gender,whether to actively acquire relevant knowledge and presence of other complications.Conclusion The activation of patients with coronary heart disease is in the third level.Medical staff should develop targeted nursing plans based on the evaluation of patients'activation.They should enhance patients'activation,self-management ability and physical and mental health by improving relevant influencing factors.
