摘 要:以改性膨润土为基体,与玉米淀粉、丙烯酰胺、2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸和丙烯酸,通过单体插层原位聚合法得到共聚物/有机蒙脱土复合材料(PAT)。采用XRD和GPC对其进行表征,通过单因素和响应面分析法优化合成工艺条件,最优值为:引发剂用量0.37%,膨润土用量8.73%,AMPS用量27.58%(均为单体质量分数)。对各因素交互作用的影响机理进行探讨,在最优条件下,钻井液滤失量分别为7.0 mL(淡水基浆常温)和12.0 mL(盐水基浆160℃,16 h),表明降滤失剂具有优良的抗温耐盐性。利用SEM对滤饼进行了微观表征,结果显示其具有致密的空间结构,在抗温耐盐降滤失方面优于市面常用产品。Copolymer/organo-Mt composites(PAT)was prepared with modified bentonite,corn starch,acrylamide,2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid and acrylic acid by monomer intercalation.The filter-loss reducer was characterized with XRD and GPC.The single factor and response surface analysis method was used to optimize the synthesis process.The optimized reaction conditions were as follows:the mass fraction of initiator,bentonite and AMPS were 0.37%,8.73%and 27.58%,respectively.The influence mechanism of interaction of various factors was discussed.Under the optimal conditions,the filter loss of the product reaches 7.0mL(fresh water-based drilling fluid,25℃)and 12.0 mL(salt water-based drilling fluid,160℃,16 h),indicating that the filter-loss reducer has excellent resistance to temperature and salt.Additionally,the micro structure of filter cake was characterized by SEM.The results reveal that the filter cake of drilling fluid containing PAT has a dense spatial structure,it is superior to conventional products in filtration control,high temperature resistance and salt resistance.
