摘　　要：马赛克战是美军面向未来战争,针对战略对手,借助尖端科技最新提出的颠覆性作战概念,一旦形成实战能力,将产生系列化的非线性作战效果,对主要作战对手形成非对称优势。本文在对马赛克战概念背景进行分析的基础上,从兵力设计效率提升、指挥控制流程优化和作战模式创新等方面分析凝练了马赛克战的特色优势,并围绕OODA多层循环嵌套、抗打击能力强、重构效率高以及智能快速破击对手OODA环等方面,深入剖析了马赛克战的制胜机理。Mosaic warfare is a new subversive military concept put forward by the US military,which is facing the future war,aiming at strategic opponents and relying on the cutting-edge technology.Once it forms actual combat capability,it will generate a series of nonlinear combat effects and form asymmetrical advantage over the major combat opponents.Based on the analysis of the background of mosaic warfare concept,the characteristic advantage of mosaic warfare are analyzed and condensed from the aspects of the improvement of force design efficiency,the optimization of command and control process,and the innovation of operation mode.The winning mechanism of mosaic warfare is analyzed in the aspects of multi-layer circular nesting of OODA,strong anti-attack ability,high reconstruction efficiency and intelligent fast destruction of the opponent’s OODA ring.
