摘  要:以来源丰富且廉价的废弃物花生壳作为前驱体、硫脲作为氮源和硫源,制备氮硫共掺杂的NSAC(nitrogen and sulfur co-doped activated carbon).实验结果表明:相对于AC(activated carbon),NAC(nitrogen doped activated carbon),NSAC的性能更优越.NSAC具有较强的自支撑能力,可制成各种形状的电容器,满足商业需求.Using rich and cheap waste peanut shells as a precursor,and thiourea as a nitrogen source and a sulfur source,a nitrogen-sulfur co-doped NSAC(nitrogen and sulfur co-doped activated carbon)was prepared.The experimental results showed that the performance of NSAC was superior to AC(activated carbon)and NAC(nitrogen doped activated carbon).NSAC had strong self-supporting ability and could be made into capacitors of various shapes to meet commercial needs.
