摘  要:以薄壁双色鼠标外壳为例,采用全因子实验设计(DOE),选取模具温度、熔体温度、保压压力、速度/压力切换作为影响重叠注塑的四个因子,以第一射翘曲变形量和第二射体积收缩率为双色成型的质量指标。基于Moldflow模拟计算,运用DOE实验优化分析不同因子和因子交互作用对质量指标的影响显著程度,得到最优的工艺参数组合,达到了降低薄壁双色塑件体积收缩、翘曲变形的目的。Taking the thin-walled bi-color mouse case as an example,a full-factor design of experiment(DOE)was used.The mold temperature,melt temperature,holding pressure and speed/pressure switching were selected as the four factors affecting overlapping injection molding.The warpage of first shot and volume shrinkage of second shot were taken as the quality indexes of bi-color molding.Based on Moldflow simulation,the design of experiment was used to optimize the influence of different factors and factor interactions on the quality indexes and obtain the optimal combination of process parameters.The purpose of reducing the volume shrinkage and warpage of thin-walled bi-color plastic parts was obtained.
