摘 要:以聚丙烯酸丁酯(PBA)为核,苯乙烯和丙烯腈为壳制备了不同橡胶粒子粒径的聚丙烯酸丁酯-苯乙烯-丙烯腈接枝改性剂(ASA核壳改性剂),固定橡胶含量为25%将其与丁二烯-苯乙烯(SAN)树脂熔融共混制备了一系列不同组成的ASA树脂,研究了橡胶粒子粒径对ASA树脂力学性能的影响。实验结果表明,在单一橡胶粒子粒径下,橡胶粒子粒径为422.8 nm时ASA树脂抗冲击强度最好为358.97 J/m。82.6 nm和608.8 nm橡胶粒子掺混比(质量比)为7∶3时ASA树脂抗冲击强度可高达609.59 J/m,其断面形貌成沟壑状,橡胶粒子周围形成应力作用带,ASA树脂韧性形变程度明显增大。在单一橡胶粒子粒径与大小粒径橡胶粒子掺混两种体系下,ASA树脂拉伸强度均保持在30 MPa左右。Polybutyl acrylate-styrene-acrylonitrile(ASA)core-shell modifiers with different rubber particle sizes were prepared with polybutyl acrylate(PBA)as the core and styrene and acrylonitrile as the shell.The fixed rubber content was 25%and melt blending with butadiene-styrene(SAN)resin was prepared.A series of ASA resins with different compositions had been studied to study the influence of rubber particle size on the mechanical properties of ASA resin.The experimental results show that under a single rubber particle size, the best impact strength of ASA resin is 358.97 J/m when the rubber particle size is 422.8 nm.When the blending ratio of 82.6 nm and 608.8 nm rubber particles is 7∶3,the impact strength of ASA resin can be as high as 609.59 J/m, and its cross-section likes a ravine, and a stress action zone is formed around the rubber particles.The degree of toughness and deformation of the ASA resin increases obviously.The tensile strength of ASA resin is maintained at about 30 MPa under the two systems of single rubber particle size and large and small rubber particle blending.
