摘  要:以Fe_(3)O_(4)、壳聚糖、苯胺和改性膨润土为原料,采用化学氧化聚合法制备聚苯胺磁性壳聚糖膨润土复合材料,利用傅里叶变换红外光谱、X射线衍射及扫描电子显微镜对其结构进行表征,研究了初始浓度、吸附时间、pH值对Cr(Ⅵ)离子吸附性能的影响,探讨了吸附动力学与吸附等温模型。结果表明,聚苯胺磁性壳聚糖膨润土上的改性膨润土分散良好;聚苯胺磁性壳聚糖膨润土的表面结构较均一、规整和连续,有利于对Cr(Ⅵ)离子的吸附。在聚苯胺磁性壳聚糖膨润土吸附剂用量0.05 g、Cr(Ⅵ)离子的初始浓度350 mg/L、吸附时间100 min及pH为6的条件下,对Cr(Ⅵ)离子的吸附量最高可达217.33 mg/g。聚苯胺磁性壳聚糖膨润土对Cr(Ⅵ)离子的吸附过程符合准二级动力学方程和Freundlich等温吸附方程。Polyaniline magnetic chitosan bentonite composite was prepared from Fe_(3)O_(4),chitosan,aniline and modified bentonite by chemical oxidation polymerization method.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope were used to characterize the composite.The effects of Cr(Ⅵ)ion initial concentration,adsorption time and pH value on Cr(Ⅵ)ion adsorption were investigated.The adsorption kinetics and adsorption isotherm models were discussed.The results show that the modified bentonite on polyaniline magnetic chitosan bentonite is well dispersed.The surface structure of polyaniline magnetic chitosan bentonite is uniform,regular and continuous,which can improve its adsorption performance.Under the condition that 0.05 g of adsorbent quality,350 mg/L of Cr(Ⅵ)ions initial concentration,100 min adsorption and 6 of pH,adsorption of polyaniline magnetic chitosan bentonite on Cr(Ⅵ)ions can reach the maximum adsorption capacity of 217.33 mg/g.Adsorption process of the polyaniline magnetic chitosan bentonite for Cr(Ⅵ)ions is consistent with quasi-second-order kinetic equation and Freundlich isotherm adsorption equation.
