摘  要:研究对比了同等质量分数的溴素添加量下,四种不同的环保溴系阻燃剂:溴代三嗪(BrN)、四溴双酚A(TBBA)、溴化环氧(BEO)、十溴二苯乙烷(DBDPE)分别和三氧化二锑复配,与丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)熔融共混挤出制备阻燃ABS复合材料的燃烧性能和力学性能。结果表明,溴素质量分数10%,BrN和TBBA阻燃ABS垂直燃烧1.6 mm、2 mm样条均能达到V-0级,BEO和DBDPE阻燃ABS垂直燃烧1.6 mm、2 mm样条只能达到V-2级,而且四种阻燃剂锥形量热和力学性能表现各不相同。BrN阻燃ABS,在锥形量热测试中,热释放速率峰值(PHRR)、平均有效燃烧热(av-EHC)、平均二氧化碳释放量(■_(CO_(2)))、最大平均热释放速率(MARHE)都明显低于其他阻燃样品,表现出优异的阻燃性能,而且冲击性能最好,弯曲性能和拉伸性能与纯ABS相比也有所提高,综合性能最佳。Four different types of environment friendly bromine flame retardants, such as, tri(tribromophenyl)cyanurate(BrN),tetrabromobisphenol A(TBBA),brominated epoxy(BEO),1,2-bis(pentabromophenyl)ethane(DBDPE)which were mixed with synergistic flame retardant antimony trioxide, then they were used to blend with acrylonitrile butadiene styrene(ABS)composite by melt blending extrusion.And the flame retardant and mechanical property of ABS were studied and contrasted.The results show that the content of bromine could reach 10%,the ABS with BrN and TBBA for 1.6 mm and 2 mm splines could achieve V-0,the ABS with DBDPE and BEO for 1.6 mm and 2 mm splines could only reach V-2,and the results of cone calorimeter and mechanical properties of the four flame retardants are different.The peak value of heat release rate, average effective heat of combustion, average CO_(2) yields and maximum average rate of heat emission of ABS adding BrN are all significantly lower than other flame retardant samples, and the notched impact strength is the highest, the bending and tensile strength are also improved comparing with pure ABS,so the ABS containing BrN has the best comprehensive performance.
