摘　　要：研究了马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯(MAPP)偶联剂对碳纤维织物(CFF)增强聚丙烯(PP)复合材料力学性能的影响以及CFF与基体的界面相互作用。采用模压成型工艺制备了一系列不同MAPP含量的CFF/PP复合材料层合板。扫描电镜观察断裂形貌发现,随着MAPP的加入,断口拔出的CFF中PP基体覆盖较多,CFF/PP界面脱黏较少。随着MAPP添加量的增加,界面黏结力得到改善。复合材料的弯曲强度、弯曲模量、拉伸强度、拉伸模量、冲击强度和层间剪切强度均显著提高2~10倍。当MAPP质量分数超过10%~15%后,力学性能趋于平稳然后下降。The effect of incorporated maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene(MAPP)coupling agents on the mechanical performances of carbon fiber fabric(CFF)reinforced polypropylene(PP)composite and the interfacial interaction linking CFF and matrix were investigated.A series of composite laminates of CFF/PP with different contents of MAPP had been prepared through compression-molding processing.It was observed by scanning electron microscope(SEM)micrographs that with the addition of MAPP,more PP matrix covered the pulled-out CFF and less debonding could be found at the CFF/PP interfaces.With the increase of MAPP,the interface bonding force is improved.The bending strength,bending modulus,tensile strength,tensile modulus,impact strength and interlaminar shear strength of the composites are significantly increased by 2~10 times.When the content of MAPP exceeds 10%~15%,the mechanical properties tend to stable and then decrease.
