摘  要:以三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)、二羟甲基丁酸(DMBA)和丁酸为原料,以固定化T1酶为催化剂,采用酯化缩聚法,优化酶法合成工艺,通过红外光谱和凝胶渗透色谱对聚酯产物进行了表征,并对聚酯增塑剂-聚氯乙烯(PVC)共混膜的增塑效率、热稳定性和迁移性进行了研究。结果表明,物质的量比为1∶9的TMP/DBMA酯化合成的聚酯产物,其玻璃化转变温度和断裂伸长率方面对PVC共混膜的增塑效率相当于邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOP)的72.84%和87.10%。与DOP-PVC共混膜相比,聚酯增塑剂-PVC共混膜具有更好的热稳定性,且其在乙醇和正己烷中的迁移率分别为DOP的47.53%和14.71%,综合展现出了良好的增塑性能和优异的耐迁移性。Self-made immobilized T1 lipase was utilized to catalyze the synthesis of polyester plasticizers by using trimethylolpropane(TMP),dimethylolbutyric acid(DMBA)and butyrate as raw materials.The enzymatic synthesis process of polyester plasticizer was optimized.The polyester product was characterized by infrared spectroscopy and gel permeation chromatography, and the plasticization efficiency, thermal stability and mobility of the polyester-PVC film were furtherly studied.The results show that the molar ratio of TMP/DBMA is 1∶9 to synthesize polyester.Under the same condition, the plasticizing efficiencies of polyvinyl chloride(PVC)film on glass transition temperature and elongation at break are equivalent to 72.84%and 87.10%of phthalate plasticizers(DOP).Comparing with DOP-PVC film, polyester-PVC film has a better thermal stability, and its mobility in ethanol and n-hexane is 47.53%and 14.71%of DOP,respectively, which shows excellent plasticizing properties and migration resistance.
